If you are need of an easy, delicious meal try this Chicken & Spring Vegetable Lo Mein. Nick and I made this on Sunday night and then had the leftovers for lunch on Monday.. I actually think it tasted even better on Monday! One tip… take notice that the recipe calls for cooked chicken. We were left in a fury at the end trying to cook the chicken before adding it! Enjoy!
