I made this buttermilk biscuits for dinner on Sunday night. I had gotten some buttermilk to make twice baked potatoes and realized I had all of the other ingredients on hand to also make these biscuits. They were super easy and tasted sooooo good! I got the recipe from The America’s Test Kitchen Family Cookbook. I have never cooked anything from this book that wasn’t more than delicious! I also like this cookbook because it is in a three ring binder set up. I like to take the pages out and tape the recipes I am working on to my cabinet doors #smallcitylivingkitchen.
